A fast-growing, multi-location healthcare services organization is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide operational leadership across more than 20 centers.
The COO will oversee daily operations across all centers, including front-office teams, clinical technicians, and scheduling coordinators. The position also requires close collaboration with the business development team on strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership across 20+ healthcare service centers.
- Oversee all clinical and administrative staff, ensuring efficient, consistent operations.
- Conduct critical assessments of process flow to ensure every referral is captured, tracked, and seen.
- Optimize scheduling, workflow, utilization, and financial efficiency across centers.
- Partner closely with business development to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Drive accountability, delegation, and performance across teams.
- Lead integration planning for newly acquired centers.
- Deliver measurable progress on key projects and offer thought leadership on the growth strategy
- Travel approximately 50% to operational sites.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience leading operations in a multi-site healthcare or clinical services environment.
- A track record of building scalable processes, improving productivity, and managing large field-based teams.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Demonstrated success driving integration of new locations or acquisitions.
