We are searching for a dynamic, results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead a thriving and rapidly expanding location. This role offers a rare chance for a motivated operator to take true ownership of day-to-day performance, elevate sales, and earn substantial rewards tied to results.

General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations across both FOH and BOH, ensuring exceptional service flow and consistently high food standards.
- Develop, coach, and empower team members while building a culture rooted in teamwork and accountability.
- Maintain full command of financial performance, including P&L oversight.
- Act as the visible leader on the floor, driving an outstanding guest experience during every shift.
- Partner closely with ownership, adhering to company expectations while pushing operational excellence
General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years as a high-performing General Manager or Partner in a restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of longevity; no more than two roles in the past five years.
- Strong hands-on operational background with the ability to lead and execute.
- Confident handling BOH and addressing kitchen or timing issues directly.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and extra hours when needed.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
- Positive, “I got this” attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with ownership.
