We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a strong bar background to join our team. You will be responsible for providing every guest with an exceptional dining experience and have the opportunity to grow with this strong company.
Manager Requirements:
- The Manager is expected to have at least 3 years of previous experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Directing, overseeing, and coordinating various aspects of restaurant management, such as sales, costs, employee retention, guest services, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Guest satisfaction
- Strong Leader – Needs to uphold standards with the team and implement systems.
- Amazing written and verbal Communicator – Can plan and communicate effectively with the team
- Problem Solver – can effectively lead the team, thinking positively and proactively to handle any obstacles and solve potential issues that may arise
