Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a supportive and productive team environment by interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising the culinary team
- Uphold superior food and service standards while ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols
- Manage operational tasks, including ordering, inventory, budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and scheduling
- Collaborate with Culinary Leadership and the Events Manager to plan menus and execute special events
