A small but mighty organization is searching for a hands-on, creative Head Chef to lead our passionate culinary team. What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations in a hands-on, collaborative environment
- Develop seasonal menus, weekly specials, and creative new dishes
- Cook side-by-side with your team — no office-only chefs here
- Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
- Train and guide a small, committed culinary staff
- Build strong relationships with members through great food and service
What We’re Looking For
- Full-service restaurant experience is required
- Strong scratch-cooking abilities and true culinary creativity
- A chef who thrives on the line and enjoys being deeply involved in the cooking
- Ability to run a small team with a calm, steady leadership style
- Someone eager to grow their career and take full ownership of a kitchen
- Culinary school grads with 1–5 years of experience encouraged to apply
- The right attitude matters more than a long résumé — passion beats ego here
