Banquet Sales Consultant Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
 - At least 2 years of experience in the catering or hospitality industry.
 - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
 - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM software like Salesforce is a plus.
 - An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
 
Banquet Sales Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Generate leads and proactively seek new business opportunities to grow our client base.
 - Conduct client walkthroughs to showcase our venue and facilities.
 - Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that meet client needs and company standards.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
 - Perform market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitive pricing.
