General Manager – High-Volume, Entertainment-Driven Bar & Restaurant

We’re seeking a General Manager who thrives in a high-volume, guest-focused environment—someone who leads by example, builds strong teams, and drives both an exceptional guest experience and solid financial performance.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a General Manager in full-service or upscale casual dining
- Background in entertainment-driven, themed, or high-volume bar/restaurant concepts strongly preferred
- Proven success leading and developing teams of 40+ in operations exceeding $3MM in annual revenue
- Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing full P&L and cost controls
- Passion for guest service excellence, hospitality, and maintaining a lively brand experience
- Stable employment history (2+ years in last role, no more than 2 employers in 5 years)
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in both corporate and independent restaurant environments
- High-energy leadership style with a focus on culture, engagement, and results
- Skilled in coordinating live events, entertainment, and marketing promotions
- Strong communication, training, and team-building skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Seafood experience a plus
