We’re looking for an experienced Tool Room Manager to lead tooling operations for injection molded plastic components. This role oversees tool repair, modification, and development to support production, drive root cause analysis, and ensure top-quality results within cycle time and standards.

- 15+ years of hands-on experience with smaller tools and toolmaking
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and precision skills
