Virtual Design Coordinator (Interior) – High-End Residential Development

Our client, a rapidly growing and highly reputable residential development company specializing in high-end custom homes, is seeking a talented Virtual Design Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a design specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to directly influence the aesthetics and functionality of upscale homes through virtual platforms and tools.
Position Overview
As the Virtual Design Coordinator, you will work closely with the development, architecture, and construction teams to create bespoke interiors and coordinated designs using digital tools. You will manage all aspects of visual planning—space layouts, material selection, finish specifications, 3D rendering, and workflow coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital design concepts for luxury custom homes and residential developments
- Create detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models using Revit
- Develop and present virtual design concepts to internal teams and clients
- Select high-end materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and homeowners to maintain design integrity
- Manage virtual design workflows, timelines, and coordination with vendors
- Conduct periodic site visits to ensure alignment between digital design and field execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of residential design experience, preferably with luxury or custom homes
- Proficiency in Revit is required (must be highly skilled)
- Experience utilizing digital design platforms and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong architectural knowledge and ability to interpret construction documents
- Excellent communication, visual presentation, and project management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
