A South Florida hospitality group is launching its newest flagship property in Midtown Atlanta, introducing a refined, elevated dining experience grounded in precision, warmth, and world-class service standards. We are seeking an Assistant General Manager who embodies polished leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to hospitality.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an AGM, Floor Manager, or FOH leadership role within fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Strong presence, polish, and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to deliver refined guest service with consistency and grace
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, standards-driven environment
- Eagerness to grow with a company expanding across Atlanta, Florida, and the Carolinas
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations with a hands-on, floor-focused leadership style
- Train, mentor, and hold team members to luxury-level service expectations
- Support the GM in building operational systems, staff culture, and guest experience standards
- Lead pre-shift meetings, maintain service flow, and ensure precision throughout dining room operations
- Manage guest interactions with warmth, confidence, and professional tact
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented presence
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with restaurant openings or launch environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse FOH team
- Deep appreciation for fine dining, craft beverages, and elevated hospitality
- Previous experience within Michelin-starred, James Beard–recognized, or award-winning restaurants is a strong plus
- A passion for mentorship, leadership development, and setting a high bar for excellence
