We’re seeking a CRO and Analytics Specialist to lead the optimization of our digital platforms and uncover actionable insights that drive measurable growth. This role combines experimentation, user experience, and data analysis—ideal for someone who excels at translating data into strategic improvements and enhancing conversion performance.
Website & Conversion Optimization:
· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
· Run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, CTAs, and forms.
· Improve UX flows for frictionless signups and lead capture.
Analytics & Insights:
· Own advanced marketing analytics (GA, PostHog, Amplitude, HotJar).
· Deliver actionable insights on CAC, ROAS, and funnel efficiency.
· Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, user behavior, and test outcomes
· Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Experimentation & Growth Loops:
· Design and run cross-channel growth experiments (long-tail campaigns, new channels).
· Validate ROI on nurture funnels and lifecycle initiatives.
Cross-Functional:
· Partner with SEO, Paid, Ops, and Content to maximize results.
· Translate data into insights for leadership and board reporting.
What You Bring
· 4+ years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, or growth marketing
· Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and statistical significance
· Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar
Benefits:
· Base salary of $110–140K commensurate with experience
· Performance-based annual bonus
