About the Opportunity
A high-energy, premium eatertainment venue is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and support a dynamic, social, game-driven environment. This role blends upscale hospitality with interactive entertainment, making it ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-centric spaces with multiple revenue channels.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations to ensure flawless execution, exceptional service, and consistent brand delivery.
- Lead, train, and develop a diverse FOH team with a focus on hospitality, accuracy, and high engagement.
- Ensure seamless integration between service, bar, culinary, and gaming operations during peak periods.
- Uphold all service and safety standards throughout the venue.
- Drive financial performance through labor control, cost of goods oversight, and operational efficiency.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering to support volume and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring timely resolution and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives involving events, promotions, and programming.
- Maintain a visible floor presence—actively engaging with guests, supporting the team, and setting the tone for service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of restaurant leadership experience in high-volume, full-service, entertainment-driven, or multi-revenue concepts.
- Strong floor management and guest recovery skills.
- Ability to thrive in a lively, fast-moving environment with heavy on-site interaction.
- Proven experience building, coaching, and motivating large teams.
- Solid understanding of labor forecasting, inventory management, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Professional communication, strong situational awareness, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak event periods as needed.
