General Manager – Upscale Restaurant

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a general manager in upscale dining.
- Strong understanding of upscale dining standards, wine knowledge/service, and premium beverages.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
- New restaurant opening experience is essential.
- A positive attitude and a strong hospitality orientation.
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of upscale restaurant operations, including the bar and private dining.
- Focus on wine service and sales to enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies to drive business.
- Foster excellent associate relations to maintain a motivated team.
- Oversee financials, including P&L responsibility, to ensure profitability.
