Senior NetSuite Administrator
Location: Milwaukee-Onsite
Industry: Snow Removal & Landscaping Services
Join a fast-growing, service-driven organization as our Senior NetSuite Technical Administrator, leading solution design, development, and optimization across our NetSuite ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned NetSuite expert who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys architecting scalable, impactful business solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the organization’s NetSuite subject matter expert, providing technical leadership across teams.
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for NetSuite projects, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
- Architect scalable custom modules, workflows, and integrations with key platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Viaesys, DataRails, Power BI, Paycor).
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing configurations, scripts, and integrations.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ongoing system evolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business value.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- NetSuite certifications required (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, etc.).
- 10+ years of NetSuite experience in technical and administrative capacities.
- Experience with NetSuite AI, NSAW, and NS EPM a strong plus.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
