Bartender – Wynwood, FL
Join an exciting new venture with a leading hospitality group as they prepare to open an upscale restaurant and lounge in Wynwood. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant dining experience that will cater to a discerning clientele, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals. With a target opening date of December 5th, this role offers the chance to shape the bar program in a stylish environment.
Bartender Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage of $20–$25 based on experience
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and upscale setting.
- Training may take place over Thanksgiving week.
Bartender Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of top-shelf liquor brands and bartending techniques.
- Experience in a high-end restaurant or lounge environment.
- Local candidates only.
Bartender Preferred Background & Skills
- Bonus if you speak Italian.
- Familiarity with the Wynwood area is a plus.
Bartender Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to engage with guests effectively.
