The Vice President of MEP provides executive leadership for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across large-scale commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. This role drives performance, innovation, and profitability while ensuring technical excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all MEP operations, including preconstruction, design coordination, and field execution.
- Oversee MEP project teams, budgets, schedules, and quality across multiple high-value projects.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and best practices in MEP design and construction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, business development, and operational planning.
- Manage client relationships, subcontractor performance, and overall project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, OSHA, and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering (PE or Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of MEP construction experience, including senior leadership on large-scale projects.
- Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar commercial, industrial, and mission-critical builds.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
