Restaurant General Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to join our successful, multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group. This is a great opportunity to lead a dynamic team in an established, high-energy venue.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences
- Hire, train, and develop a motivated staff
- Address performance issues and take disciplinary action when needed
- Maintain consistent quality of food, drinks, and service
- Strong bar and event knowledge is a plus
Who You Are:
- A people-person with a winning personality and excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years’ experience as a General Manager
- Motivated, hardworking, and ready to lead by example
- Proven track record of career growth and stability
