Tax Accountant Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing CPA designation)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations effectively
- Proven experience in tax preparation and compliance
- Ability to explain complex tax and accounting concepts in layman's terms for client understanding
- Proficient in accounting/tax software
