What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, P&L management, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a best-in-class team focused on excellence and accountability.

- Maintain top-tier brand, safety, and service standards while fostering a positive, team-first culture.
What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR environment.
- Proven ability to build, train, and lead winning teams.
- Strong financial management and problem-solving skills.
