Transactional Legal Assistant Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Draft, proofread, and finalize contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.
- Coordinate entity formations, corporate filings, and annual reports.
- Support real estate and business closings by organizing documents, managing signatures, and assembling post-closing binders.
- Maintain well-organized electronic and physical client files for corporate and real estate transactions.
- Track key dates and filing deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Communicate professionally with clients, title companies, and government offices.
- Provide administrative and document management support to transactional attorneys.
