Diesel Generator Technician – Power Systems
$35–$45/hr ($70k–$90k) | Full-Time | Growth & Training |
Join a leading power generation service company as a Diesel Generator Technician. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain standby generators (8.5kW–3500kW) from major brands like Cummins, Kohler, and Generac.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel generator systems and supporting fuel/cooling/electrical components.
- Perform load bank testing, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Document service work and parts used.
- Work safely in shop and field environments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years diesel or generator experience.
- Familiarity with generator controls, electrical systems, or EGSA certification preferred.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
