We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Overnight Bakery Production Manager to lead our bakery’s overnight operations.
Bakery Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee overnight production, ensuring top-quality baking, finishing, and packaging.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor forecasting in partnership with bakery leadership.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and efficient work culture.
- Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, and efficiency.
Bakery Manager Requirements:
- At least 7+ yrs of high-volume bakery production, including at least 3-5 yrs in management
- Experience in high-volume production or multi-unit bakery
- Knowledgeable on food safety, state regulations & standards
- Proficient with production planning, scheduling, quality control and execution
- Managed at least 40+ employees, bilingual in Spanish is preferred
