Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with orthopedic, vascular or pain management
- Active DEA license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in the EHR system
Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary in the $150K-$170K range
- Productivity bonus
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
