We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Floor Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a full-service restaurant
- Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards
- Lead and mentor FOH team members, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate priorities, and promote a positive, team-oriented culture
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow
- Engage with guests on the floor, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a consistent level of hospitality excellence
- Support scheduling, labor management, and cost control initiatives in coordination with the AGM and GM
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas before, during, and after service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire
