We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead daily restaurant and bar operations in partnership with the General Manager. Assistant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of management experience in upscale, full-service dining environments
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring consistency across food, beverage, and service standards
- Step into operational leadership responsibilities in the General Manager’s absence
- Supervise both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies
- Support recruiting, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing and engaged team
- Assist in managing budgets, labor forecasting, and P&L reporting to drive profitability and control costs
- Lead by example on the floor, maintaining visibility and engaging with guests to ensure exceptional experiences
- Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment between culinary and service teams
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations; train staff on responsible alcohol service
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire
