We are seeking an experienced and motivated Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day front-of-house operations with a strong focus on beverage program excellence and guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines strong operational oversight with creativity and attention to detail. They will elevate beverage offerings, strengthen vendor partnerships, and cultivate an environment that prioritizes hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Beverage Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in beverage management or front-of-house leadership within upscale, full-service dining
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on beverage program quality and guest satisfaction
- Oversee beverage inventories, cost control, pricing updates, and vendor relationships for beer, wine, and spirits
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Beverage Manager to optimize beverage offerings and profitability
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency across all service areas
- Lead pre-shift meetings, monitor service flow, and manage nightly closeouts and labor sheets
- Recruit, train, and develop FOH and BOH team members, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to maintain consistency and elevate service standards
- Current ServSafe and BASSET (or equivalent) certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire
