We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage for our unique, luxury location! We are a AAA 4 Diamond property in a very unique, remote location, where team members live and work onsite! This position is perfect for a highly organized, passionate professional with an adventurous spirit!
Director of Food and Beverage Benefits:

Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing multiple restaurants and the employee dining room
- Experience in a remote or destination location
- Excellent financial acumen and experience with financial controls
- Adventurous spirit!!
- Experience with purchasing and procurement in a remote location
- Ability to relocate to a remote area and live onsite
- Culinary experience preferred
Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities:
- Manage the food and beverage team with integrity and consistency
- Create menus and offerings with the executive chef to create programs that are appealing and profitable
- Negotiate with vendors for best prices and products
- Create systems and structure that will guarantee consistency in execution and offerings
- Other duties as assigned
