Territory Sales Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Southeastern region. In this role, you’ll develop new business, expand client relationships, and manage complex, high-value sales of industrial systems and equipment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building and project management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve $9M–$15M in annual revenue.
- Prospect and close new business while growing existing customer accounts.
- Manage full sales cycles — from lead generation and contract negotiation to project handoff.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of industrial equipment or manufacturing systems sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and close multi-million-dollar projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
