- Be a hands-on presence on the floor, engaging with both guests and staff.
- Drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality and service excellence.
- Business acumen, with the ability to contribute to financial goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
