Account Manager – Digital Assets / Crypto Practice
Location: Denver, CO (preferred) or Remote – U.S.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 base + annual bonus + equity eligibility
About the Opportunity
A leading employee-owned commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its Digital Assets Practice, part of the firm’s Advanced Industries division. This group serves clients in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital infrastructure, helping innovators manage complex risk and compliance challenges in a fast-evolving space.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the day-to-day contact for mid-market and large/complex clients (book revenue approx. $1.5M–$2M).
- Manage renewals, coverage comparisons, marketing submissions, and carrier negotiations.
- Review quotes for accuracy and pricing; support Account Executives on program design.
- Facilitate client meetings, policy issuance, endorsements, and service requests.
- Build strong client and carrier relationships; anticipate needs and propose solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and stay current on emerging risks in the digital asset space.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of commercial insurance experience (complex or specialty accounts preferred).
- Knowledge of P&C lines; familiarity with digital assets, blockchain, or fintech a plus.
- Strong relationship management, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in AMS (Applied Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active Property & Casualty license; designations such as ARM or CPCU preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
