We are seeking a talented and experienced chef with a passion for rustic European cuisine and a fine dining background. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, creating new menu items, developing the staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day culinary operations of the restaurant
- Develop and create new menu items that align with our company culture and philosophy
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of kitchen staff
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations to ensure consistent quality
- Collaborate with management to create a memorable and exceptional dining experience for guests
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields, with a focus on fine dining and rustic European cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of cost and labor systems to maintain profitability and efficiency
- Passion for food and cooking techniques, with a creative and innovative approach
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Executive Chef Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually
- Five-day work week with a flexible schedule -45 hour work week
