- Ensuring proper food safety, sanitation, and safe work practices.

- Ensure excellent food quality and help train other team members.
Sous Chef Requirements
- 2 + Years in a Kitchen lead or supervisory position in an upscale kitchen.
- Some good knowledge of food preparation methods and good creativity
- A culinary degree is a plus.
- Eager to prepare great food -High Energy -Must have a great attitude!
