A growing hospitality group in Columbus is seeking a Senior Event Sales Manager to take charge of all local event sales and lead a small, talented team. If you’re a high-energy closer who thrives on turning leads into loyal clients, this is your chance to own a fast-moving market and earn big.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all event sales for the Columbus market
- Convert 30+ inbound leads daily into repeat business
- Build and grow your book of business — local connections required
- Coach and motivate your team to hit and exceed goals
- Partner with operations to deliver seamless, unforgettable events
What You Bring
- Proven success in hospitality or event sales (restaurant, hotel, or venue experience preferred)
- Tripleseat experience required
- Strong closing, leadership, and communication skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond — staying late when needed
