Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000–$80,000

Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven success leading or playing a key role in a full ERP implementation
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
- Hands-on ERP experience managing BOMs, Item Masters, production scheduling, and inventory control
- Skilled in supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support on-time production
- Adept at driving process standardization, KPI tracking, and data accuracy during system transitions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead change and influence buy-in across departments
Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Green Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
- Prior Syspro or Epicor ERP experience
- Experience implementing SOPs and process documentation in a manufacturing setting
- Background in mechanical or industrial equipment production
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and improve operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or related field
