We’re seeking a 4-40 Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about customer service and eager to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and changes
- Prepare quotes and process renewals under the supervision of a 2-20 licensed agent
- Support the sales and service team with client follow-ups and documentation
- Deliver outstanding customer care in every interaction
What You’ll Bring:
- Active 4-40 Customer Representative License in the State of Florida
- Prior insurance or office experience a plus — training available
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A friendly, detail-oriented, and team-focused personality
