Senior Electrical Estimator, Orlando, FL
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to lead estimating for large-scale commercial, industrial, and data center projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and skilled at producing accurate, competitive estimates that drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates using Accubid.
- Review drawings and bid documents to determine project scope and costs.
- Analyze labor, materials, and equipment needs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors for cost accuracy.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
- Support value engineering and participate in bid reviews.
- Lead and mentor estimating team members.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of chief or senior-level electrical estimating experience.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical construction practices.
- Proficiency with Accubid Anywhere and blueprint interpretation.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
