Restaurant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- $55K–$60K base + generous, attainable bonus opportunities (75k + total comp DOE)

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Drive operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant

- Ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- 5+ years of full service restaurant management experience, including 2+ as GM
- Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food cost
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, positive approach
- Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest satisfaction
