Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef or BOH leadership role
- Background in corporate or structured kitchen operations with clear accountability systems
- Experience in casual, upscale-casual, or fine dining; scratch kitchen background preferred
- Proven ability to drive consistency, enforce standards, and maintain operational excellence
- Strong detail orientation and execution skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with multiple platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Must Haves (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Lead BOH team with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability
- Work hands-on in the kitchen, leading production and execution during service
- Ensure consistent execution of scratch kitchen standards with precision
- Partner closely with FOH leadership to align service, timing, and quality
- Uphold sanitation, safety, and operational compliance
- Model a “kind over nice” leadership style — firm, fair, and culture-focused
Preferred Background & Skills
- Proven success in high-volume kitchens
- Strong understanding of hospitality technology platforms
- Culinary degree or formal hospitality training a plus
