General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of recent restaurant or café management experience (bagel or bakery experience a plus).
- Steady work history with a proven record of leadership success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance guest service with operational and financial goals.
