We are looking for a Catering/Event Sales Manager at a beautiful Hotel on the California Central Coast. This position is responsible for maintaining current accounts and prospecting and closing on new accounts, to positively impact hotel revenues. If you like beach life and creating memorable events, this could be the perfect fit!

 

Catering / Event Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Catering /Event Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

·          Experience in catering sales.

·          High School diploma or equivalent required.

·          Must be skilled in Windows / Microsoft.

·          Demonstrated ability to increase sales revenues and attract new business while taking great care of existing relationships

·          Superb organization /communication skills to lead & manage BEO meetings, site visits, etc..

·          Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

 

Catering / Event Sales Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

·          Some college preferred.

·          Experience working at a Full-Service Hotel or Resort / Hotel in a Catering Sales capacity of 250 people or more.

·          Good understanding of food / beverage and catering sales.

·          Experience working with a large team.
