Lead Instructor

Lead Instructor Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.
- Prior experience working with children is required.
- Must pass a background check.
Lead Instructor Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with various art techniques and mediums.
- Strong child behavior management skills.
Lead Instructor Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Plan and develop engaging art activities in line with the organization’s offerings.
- Communicate and present activity content to the manager for approval.
- Lead and instruct children in various creative art activities at onsite and offsite locations.
- Prepare materials and set up activities in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to children and families during events.
- Maintain a clean and organized activity area throughout sessions.
