Director of F&B Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Resort Director of F&B role
- Experience with full resort operations, including all F&B outlets, in-room dining, stewarding, amenities, etc
- Passion for hands-on leadership, being visible in operations and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the entire team
- Excellent guest relations, warm and genuine hospitality mentality
- Experience with marketing plans, social media, and sales generating initiatives
- Experience with forecast budgeting, annual revenue and cost projections
- Experience with HR, training and employee evaluations and resolutions
- Must be able to evaluate operations, put a plan together on what is needed, and motivate the team to execute the plan WITH YOU
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs and ordering/inventory software
Director of F&B Preferred Background & Skills:
- Culinary experience
- Resort background with golf course, spa and other luxury amenities
- Proficient with ProfitSword, Agilysys, and UKG
