About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, friendly, and tech-savvy Front Desk / Office Manager to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role ensures a smooth flow of office operations—from managing appointments and messages to maintaining a welcoming and professional front-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of visitors and ensure an exceptional first impression for all clients.
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders via text.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Listen to and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain the waiting area and ensure customer amenities are well-stocked and inviting.
- Oversee and coordinate the customer drop-off procedure for documents and materials.
- Serve as an expert user of telephone answering software to handle calls professionally.
- Use Microsoft Teams to communicate, coordinate tasks, and support overall office productivity.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or front desk role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other office technology.
- Professional, positive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
