Kitchen Manager – No Nights!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef looking for better quality of life. The kitchen manager will oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, ordering, proper storage, scratch food production, and prep.

Kitchen Manager Requirements & Responsibilities
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a culinary management role
- Highly organized with a focus on cleanliness, kitchen sanitation, and food production
- Must be skilled in butchery, scratch production, and woodfired cookery
- Point person and liaison for health department and vendors
- Organization and proper storage of walk-ins, production areas, and dry storage
- Leadership of prep team and line cooks
