Catering Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to rapidly generate and grow catering and social events business for a new hotel property
- Drive sales through networking, targeted outreach, and participation in promotional events
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to build a robust book of business
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and a commitment to excellence
- Partner closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support hotel operations and growth
