Cafe Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience in a hospitality setting.
- Strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Experience managing an operation with annual revenue of $1.25 million or more.
- Financial acumen is a significant plus.
Cafe Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in a hybrid service model with counter orders and food delivery.
- Familiarity with managing a cafe or restaurant environment.
- Ability to hold team members accountable and foster a culture of excellence.
Cafe Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to high standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage financial aspects of the cafe, including budgeting and revenue tracking.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and events.
