We are seeking an Sous chef to join a dynamic and growing restaurant group. The owners bring a wealth of experience and a track record of success, and we are looking for a leader who shares our passion for food, people, and hospitality.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with the entire restaurant staff
- Always create a great guest experience
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Help manage kitchen daily operations

- Help monitor food freshness and quality
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience
- Passion for food and cooking
- Ability and passion for leading a team
- Knowledge of labor and food cost principles
