Assistant Multi Unit Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of multi-unit success in casual dining restaurant w/ full service bar
- Background in people supervision, business management, communication and listening skills
- Leadership: High-energy, outgoing personality with a track record of developing top talent
- Business Acumen: Strong P&L management skills and a growth-oriented mindset
- People-First Mentality: A natural coach who thrives on building and inspiring teams
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
Assistant Multi Unit Operations Manager Preferred Skills:
- Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier talent
- Utilize training tools to ensure your team is confident and successful
Assistant Multi Unit Operations Manager Must Haves:
- Ability to delegate with good follow through
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, local alcohol and safety and security procedures
- Maintains staff coaching, counseling and discipline.
- Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours. ▪ Able to reach, bend and wipe
