We’re seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team at a family-owned, full-service restaurant and bar. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the management and hourly team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations of both the restaurant and bar, ensuring compliance with all service and safety regulations.
- Manage P&L performance, including labor, food, beverage, and controllable expenses.
- Drive sales and profitability through strong community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
- Handle hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for all team members.
- Maintain a warm, family-oriented culture that supports teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior-level manager in a full-service restaurant with bar operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Proven success managing budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
