- Competitive base salary: $72,000–$80,000

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Multi-unit mastery: 3+ years leading at least 6 full-service restaurant units
- GM roots: 3+ years as a General Manager with a clear track record of growth
- Operational range: FOH and BOH leadership experience
- Financial fluency: Proficient in P&L management and labor models
- People-first mindset: Ability to lead with positivity and create a culture of care
- Self-starter energy: Independent and driven in a guest-obsessed environment
- Career clarity: Demonstrated commitment and thoughtful transitions in career path
- Credibility: Strong references from current or former supervisors
District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate teams across multiple locations to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
